WEEK THIRTY SEVEN

We were right, the second Saturday of the Outlet Sale invited even more people than the previous week. Other than the Outlet Sale, we have also focused on remerchandising our main store this week in order to create a new feel to the shop. This means that it keeps the customers interested, so customers who visit lots won't be faced with the exact same thing as the last time to came in. Jade and Yas have done this between them and made the store look amazing!

WEEK THIRTY SIX

The Outlet Sale was a huge success. Lots of people came to visit us on Saturday, to our surprise as the weather wasn't great and we had not advertised for long before the date. This was a brilliant day and all the staff really enjoyed this out of the ordinary task. This week we are hoping to get even more customers on Saturday and have been able to display our posters in Costa! Jade also made the decision to extend the Outlet Sale until next Saturday as well because of how well this last Saturday has gone. 

WEEK THIRTY FIVE

We are preparing for our Pop-Up Outlet Sale, we decided in this weeks Monday meeting to finally put into place the idea of the outlet sale in our old shop down the road. This has been discussed many times and we have had to wait until we were open for the public again. This will consist of the two following Saturdays and we will be greatly reducing the price of all of our sale items in order to create more space ready for the new collections to come in for AW21.  This meant that we had a few days to clear the outlet shop of all the things it had accumulated over the last few months, create a working shop with all of the correct stock and to advertise the sale in order to create awareness. 

WEEK THIRTY FOUR

The Pre-Loved pieces have kept arriving in a constant stream of new items to show. These have been from many of our customers and has been a great opportunity for me to create Pre-Loved content for our Social Media platforms. You can see a correlation between what pieces are shown on the social media and the pieces that sell the quickest, which is a great representation of our online following. 

WEEK THIRTY THREE

This week Jade had an exciting appointment with a great customer of ours to browse her clothing items for pieces we would like to accept for Pre-Loved. This kept us on our toes, as Jade came back to the store with literally a car full of her clothes. All needing to be profiled, photographed and added to the Pre-Loved file. This kept sales moving and provided around 4 Live Shows worth of clothes to present to our ladies. 

WEEK THIRTY TWO

This week is the second week we have been open to the public again and we had a wonderful week of madness. We are currently receiving small deliveries of Rundholz 'B2B' orders which is keeping both staff and customers busy. By receiving both re-stocks of items and new pieces all together, customers are having a little refresh of what they can browse and it is going down well. All of the new stock is being snapped up by everyone, even we are ordering some pieces for ourselves.  

WEEK THIRTY ONE

We have now finally invited the first customers into the new store. This has been very exciting and refreshing for all of us to get back to some normality. Everyone seems very happy to be able to visit us instore again and it is lovely for us to see customers that we haven't been able to for so long. Hopefully this buzz will keep up and the busy flow of customer will too.
