This week we have received our first drop of Sarah Pacini AW21 which is very exciting, after getting Hannoh Wessel last week. We are finally starting to get new stock, this means the Live Shows are easier to put together and that sales will be increased and interest of the customers are re-engaged.  

This week the work has commenced to begin getting the Rundholz AW21 Collection online ready for Pre-Order including all three, Mainline, DIP and Black Label. This is a huge task as we have got over 250 different styles coming for this next season. As well as this mammoth task beginning, we have also announced, 25% off all high summer brands that had originally been excluded for the half price sale. Not only is all of that happening, we have had a Hannoh Wessel delivery! This is extremely exciting for both us and the customers. We can not wait to get this online!  

This week we have received a delivery of Emu Australia stock, these have been put online ready for purchase. This brand is always the delivery we get earliest in the season and it was quite nice to have new stock in the shop. We have also gone to 50% off ALL brands excluding the high summer brands of Kori, Elemente Clemente and Thing. this was exciting and the orders have sky rocketed after releasing this news. 

After having a team meeting, we have decided to do Pre-Orders for the pieces we are receiving for Autumn, Winter this year. We did this last year and it worked well for us and other companies have started doing this too. This requires the pieces to be profiled onto Shopify so that the customers can view the available images we have for the pieces and have a 'product' to purchase. 

Inspired by Faye visiting last week, we have done an Emu Australia campaign this week. Producing posters to go in the outlet store window and social media posts highlighting the styles we have in currently and the good price point of this brand. These pieces normally sell a lot better during winter and near Christmas, so hopefully giving them a little push as this time of year will help to boost sales. 

This week, Faye from Emu Australia has been in with the styles that are available for us to purchase for next Spring, Summer. This is exciting for the shop and for us, as we get a chance to see what will be stocked next year in Emu Australia plus we get to purchase a few pairs of slippers for ourselves! This is a lovely experience as we get to try them on and see which ones we think will do well in the store. Due to Faye coming in store to do this appointment, we always get to be a part of it and it is always great to have some input. 

This has been a very exciting past week, we have gone to 50% off Rundholz which had a huge reaction and the rails have depleted drastically. Plus, we have also gone to half price on Mama B, this has not had the reaction that I was hoping for. However, I am sure it will continue to sell slowly but consistently. These are two of our largest brands and it is very exciting to have them selling well at this point in the season. 

We have had the thumbs up from Rundholz that we can go to 50% off this Thursday. This is earlier than normal in the season to go to half price. However, this is due to Rundholz having chance to sell their stock in their own stores that has not sold yet due to not being open because of the Covid-19 restrictions. This means we have preparation to do.
